Hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Austria, Michael Grosser's career journey is anything but ordinary. With over two decades of international expertise, he's danced through diverse roles from the bustling streets of Eastern Europe to the vibrant rhythms of Africa and the dynamic hustle of the US. His professional spectrum is as vast as his passport stamps, covering everything from risk management to diplomacy, and from coaching to HR.

 

Educated at prestigious UK and Austrian institutions, Michael's PhD research on trustful leadership and its impact on stressed employees has made waves in the scientific community. But it's not just academia where he shines. Ever heard of someone who's undergone specialized training with the Austrian special forces for hostage situations? That's Michael. He's rescued Austrians in Egypt during crises, represented Austria for its citizens jailed abroad, and even motorcycled across a minefield in Bosnia. Oh, and he did all this while single-parenting his two sons and juggling a full-time job. Talk about multitasking!

 

At the heart of his diverse experiences lies a simple truth: people matter. Michael firmly believes in the power of trust, communication, and collaboration, especially when the going gets tough. His mission? To enhance employee dynamics and cultivate positive workspaces.

 

Outside of his professional realm, Michael's passions span art, automobiles, aeronautics, sports, cuisine, and travel. Whether he's exploring a new culture or diving deep into leadership dynamics, Michael fully invests his heart and soul into every endeavour.
